RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICIES
6.1. Exchange and Return
If once received the product if customer is not satisfied, The Gueko Company allows the exchange or return of it within a period of thirty (30) days, from the date of reception, provided that the item has not been used or damaged and it is in a perfect condition. Therefore, The Gueko Company will not accept exchanges or returns of items used or damage ( as long as the damage is not a production defect).
In order to exchange an item, first, it should be returned, and then, purchased again.
Every returned item should be carefully packed and include the delivery note or the return form duly completed.
In the event of not having this form at the time of exchanging or returning, the customer shall download it accessing the order detail page available at www.iroiroart.com
6.2. Exchange or return at the shop.
All shown in the website are all available at the physical shop, so they can be exchanged or returned there as well.
6.3. Exchange or return by postal mail.
Exchange or return items is also possible by ordinary postal mail to the following address:

In this case The Gueko Company recommends using registered post or with acknowledgement of receipt.
The shipping expenses of the items intended to be returned should be undertaken by the customer and in any case The Gueko Company will accept return items freight collect.
6.5. Right of withdrawal.
The customer has the right to withdraw from the present contract in a 14 natural days period without any need of justification.
The term for withdrawal expires in 14 natural days from the purchasing the items day. To use this right is necessary to notify us the decision to withdraw from this contract in a unambiguous statement to:

To comply the term of withdrawal it is enough with sending the notification before the end of the correspondent term.
Consequences of the withdrawal.
In the event of a withdrawal, we will refund all payments received after the purchase including the shipping expenses ( with the exception of those shipping methods with extra expenses selected by the customer different from the less expensive of ordinary delivery offered)with no undue delay, and in any case, in a maximum of 14 natural days from the date we are notify the withdrawal from this contract. The refund will be made through the same method the purchase was mede, unless otherwise specified by the customer. In any case there will not be any expenses as a result of the return, except the ones generated by the shipping should there be any.
We may hold the refund until we receive the items or the customer presents a proof of the devolution.
The customer should restore the items without undue delay and in any case in a maximum of 14 natural days from the date we were notified the intention of withdrawal from the contract.
In order to return the items the customer may use the services The Gueko Company offers: free in-shop return and post return which expenses he should undertake.
Once received the returned products The Gueko Company will check their correct condition and proceed to send the new size if an exchange is needed or the refund of the money if item is returned.
Time for refund will be a maximum of 10 working days from the moment the item is received by The Gueko Company, once verified the correct state of the products. Customer will be properly informed.
In the event of using the right of withdrawal from the purchase order, the maximum term for refunding will be 14 natural days from the withdrawal.
The refund will always be made through the same method payment was made.
In the event The Gueko Company has sent by mistake a different item than ordered or the quality of the item is not proper, The Gueko Company, once verified the mistake or the defect, will refund the amount of the item returned and the delivery expenses.
In the case an item with error or defect was returned by post, The Gueko Company will refund the sending expenses as long as the customer includes in the parcel the receipt of the return expenses.
The refund of the transportation expenses will be made after the one of the items.
